Land Use and Water Demand Memorandum: The “Land Use and Water Demand Memorandum” includes an evaluation of existing land use designations within the potential service area of the proposed NID Regional Water Treatment Plant and provides an estimation of the projected water demands within the potential service area. Determination of water demands is necessary to size the various facilities for the proposed water supply.(posted 10/13/08)
